The PEB HUB aspires to become a community powered by Plus Energy Buildings professionals. It is meant to support and empower designers in transitioning towards a European building stock that produces more final energy than it uses. In this inauguration, an online webinar will take place on March 18, 2025 at 11:00 am. During the webinar PEB designers covering different EU contexts will share first-hand some of the main challenges they faced when designing their PEBs.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Read the full agenda below:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>11:00 \u2013 11:05<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Welcome introduction&nbsp;(Beatriz Pineda and Annamaria Belleri)\u202f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>11:05 \u2013 11:20<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Presentation of the different sections in the PEB HUB&nbsp;\u2013 walking the audience through the platform (and providing a link to the operational platform).\u202fTechnical aspects and designers\u2019 guidelines, including socio-cultural aspects (Annamaria Belleri and Beatriz Pineda)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>11:20 \u2013 11:25<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Presentation of PEB HUB Interest Group at ACE HUB app&nbsp;\u2013 The online community aims to be an activity channel for information sharing on Positive\/Plus Energy Buildings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>11:25 \u2013 11:50<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Panel discussion<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>with 2 PEB cases addressing the following questions:&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>What are the main challenges in designing a PEB?&nbsp;<\/em>&nbsp;<em>How can the PEB HUB support different PEB professionals?<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>11:50 &#8211; 12:00<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Q&amp;A and discussion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this Occassion, two following PEB cases will be presented:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>PEB Case 1 : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cultural-e.eu\/german-demo\/\">Cultural-E German Demonstration Building<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0in Ostfildern, close to Stuttgart, Germany \u2013 residential and office building. Presenters: Ringo Offermann (Wohnbau Studio) and Hermann Leis (Leis SIZ-EGS)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PEB Case 2 :\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/positive-energy-buildings.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>EXCESS project\u00a0<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u2013 Spanish Demonstration Building in Valladolid, Spain<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 retrofit and renovation of a historic building into residential use.
