The professional liability insurance of a member of the Serbian Chamber of Engineers does not exclude the possibility of his additional individual or other collective professional liability insurance.<\/td><\/tr>

Architects and engineers from EU countries who are authorized to perform professional activities (license or registration in the register of the competent authority of their country) have the right to provide services in the Republic of Serbia for the activities for which they are authorized, under the conditions of reciprocity and if they meet the conditions set out in domestic regulations (in the field of planning and construction, and employment and work of foreigners), while based on the harmonization of domestic regulations with EU regulations, it is foreseen that the principles of recognition of professional qualifications as regulated by the EU Directive on the mutual recognition of professional qualifications (automatic and general system) will be applied from the date of accession of the Republic of Serbia to the European Union. Also, a foreign legal entity, i.e. an entrepreneur with a registered office in another country, has the right to provide services in the Republic of Serbia under the same conditions as legal entities and entrepreneurs with a registered office in the Republic of Serbia.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
